When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email, phone number, delivery address and order details. Payments are processed by our payment partner; we never see or store your card or UPI credentials.

• To process, ship and track your orders, and to issue GST invoices.
• To contact you about your order (email, SMS or WhatsApp).
• To remind you about items left in your cart, where you have provided a phone number.
• To improve our store and prevent fraud.

Only the services needed to fulfil your order: our courier partner (name, address and phone for delivery), our payment processor, and messaging or email providers that send you order updates. We do not sell your personal data.

We use a secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep you signed in and local storage for your cart preferences. Passwords are stored only in hashed form.

You can view and update your details in your account, and ask us to delete your account or stop marketing messages at any time by contacting support@palashorganics.com.
